Natalia Faeh Story
Natalia Faeh has an international background in sales and PR in the luxury sector. Before living in London, she was based in other great cosmopolitans including New York, Milan, Geneva and Ibiza, where she started to accumulate a network of high-networth individuals in search for luxury properties. After years of specialising in holiday rentals and sales, she began to expand to investment opportunities as well; of those, land purchase and Investment by citizenship and residency programs. Faeh made it her mission to combine her passions for travel and opulence with excellent hospitality. It is this combination of Faeh’s hospitality and real-estate experience, and Kohlbecker’s concierge expertise which makes Real Estate Oracle Ltd a truly unique and personable experience.

Veronica Kohlbecker is an entrepreneur with almost two decades of experience in the luxury lifestyle sector, with expertise in luxury real estate, strategic business development, concierge services, luxury travel and event production. Florian Kohlbecker
German industrialist and architect, Florian Karl Christoph Kohlbecker comes from three generations of leading architects. Florian began his career in 2001 for Renzo Piano in Paris and Bern as a project architect. He swiftly followed his successful patriarchal footsteps as a visionary designer helping create some of the world’s most famous buildings like The Zentrum Paul Klee, a modern art museum in Bern, dedicated to artist Paul Klee, and The Shard building – also referred to as the Shard of Glass – a phenomenal 72-storey skyscraper in London.
In 2005, Florian partnered with his older brother Matthias and took over the family business, Kohlbecker Blackforest Architects, from his legendary architect professor father. The Kohlbeckers were paramount in automotive power plants design for Mercedes, Jaguar, Audi, Fiat, Porsche (amongst others), as well as working on many private residential properties.
Pierre Rolin
Pierre N. Rolin is Founder and CEO of Ankh Impact Ventures. A Canadian entrepreneur with over 35 years of real estate investment advisory as well as venture capital experience, Rolin was previously based in London, Frankfurt, and New York and has closed more than 550 real estate investments valued in excess of $17 billion USD and delivered an average 20 percent Net IRR for his clients. Rolin was appointed Global Head of Credit Suisse International Real Estate based in London at the age of 35. Following his career at Credit Suisse, Rolin founded a global real estate advisory firm where he managed assets of $6.4 billion USD including 125 direct properties and four customised private equity real estate funds.
Rolin is currently Chairman and CEO of Ankh Real Estate, Inc., an independent global real estate investment advisory firm whose clients include ultra-high net worth private investors, foundations, private equity firms, alternative managers, and property developers. Rolin has shared his experiences at numerous conferences and events globally, such as The World Economic Forum in Davos, The Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles, and the Young Presidents Organization in London.
